2013 Reads

Note: I was not able to finish last year’s reading challenge because, well, my goal was extremely ambitious. 120 books in a year is not an attainable goal for someone as lazy as me, but it’s a new year so here’s my do over: 30 books in 12 months! Huzzah! Happy reading!

    • Haha, I’m taking a break from Gone Girl. God, I love American Gods, too! Neil Gaiman’s new book (The Ocean At the End of the Lane) is out today! I just made a reservation yesterday; hope my book comes before the week ends.

I’m currently reading Rainbow Rowell’s Eleanor & Park. It’s too cute can’t wipe the smug smile off my face!

      • Have you read The Night Circus? I loved that book, and I think you’d enjoy it if you loved Neil’s American Gods. Why did you stop reading Gone Girl?! It was so amazing.

Ugh. I wish I can get a copy of the new Gaiman book too! 😀

        • I haven’t but I’ll look into it! Thank you for the recommendation. 🙂

Because Gillian Flynn is a psychopath lol jk about half way through Gone Girl, she’s already toying with my emotions. She flipped the switch entirely on where my mindset was and now I don’t want to KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Today I think I’ll pick it up again.
